How to wash?

-Use a gentle or normal wash cycle.

-Wash with cold or warm water (maximum 30°C / 86°F). Avoid hot water to prevent shrinking.

-Add a mild detergent or detergent for colored clothes.

-Pre-treat tough stains before washing.

-Avoid bleach unless it’s labeled as safe for colors and designs.

  • Economy Delivery: 4-8 business days after shipment. (Only Aviable in United States).
  • Standard Delivery: 2-5 business days after shipment (In United States). 10-30 days (International)

3. About Order Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking details.

You can track your order through the tracking information provided in the email.


4. What to Do If the Shipment Is Delayed?

If the product you ordered is out of stock, it may take longer to ship as it needs to be produced before shipping. We will notify you via email if your order is out of stock. In this case, you can choose an alternative item with a price difference of less than $5.


Important Notes:

    1. Please provide complete and accurate shipping address details to ensure smooth delivery. If possible, include the apartment/unit number. A correct email is essential for receiving order confirmations and shipping notifications. A phone number is also required for delivery purposes.

    2. Myke's Thoughts is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, wrong postal/zip codes, or missing phone numbers. Additional shipping costs due to personal issues will not be covered.

    3. We will make every effort to deliver your package promptly; however, delivery may take longer due to address issues or customs clearance.

    4. Detailed tracking information will be available once your package arrives in the destination country. For expedited shipping, please allow additional working days for delivery, even if the tracking status shows “not found.” Thank you for your patience.

    5. If your package is not delivered within 30 days of placing your order, please contact customer service within 180 days. We will respond within 24 hours.

    6. You may modify your shipping address before the package is sent out, but once it has been shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Return and Exchange

Return Process

  1. Initial ContactWhen returning any part of your order, please email our Customer Service team at support@mykesthoughts.com. Include the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Instructions                                                                                              Our Customer Service team will respond with solutions and return instructions within 1-2 business days.

  3. Return Packaging
    Once you receive the return instructions, please pack the items securely in their original packaging.

  4. Shipping the Return
    Drop off your package at the local post office. After obtaining the tracking number, send it to our customer service email so we can properly identify your return. Returns will not be accepted without a tracking number.

  5. Refund Processing
    If your return is approved, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. A refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

  6. Refund Timing
    Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times from financial institutions.


Return Conditions

  • Condition of Return: Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Items with non-returnable marks or those that do not meet our return conditions cannot be returned.

  • Return Requests: Returns sent without proper return requests or instructions will not be accepted.

  • Freight To Collect (FTC): We do not accept FTC returns. Customers must cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Incorrect Size or Customization Issues: Please note that returns due to incorrect size selection or failure to contact us for modifications before shipping cannot be considered a product quality issue. The responsibility for such returns rests with the customer.

  • Customer Change of Mind: No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the customer selected the incorrect size or color, or simply changed their mind.

  • Shipping Issues: The customer is responsible for any loss or return of the package due to incomplete or incorrect address information. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order. Once the package leaves the origin customs, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. In case of lost packages, please contact the carrier directly.

  • Customs and Non-Myke's Thoughts Returns: We are not responsible for the return of non-Myke's Thoughts products. Please double-check your returns before shipping.

  • Package In Transit: Once a package has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be refunded.

  • Quality Issues: If your product has quality issues, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the product. After verifying the order and issue, we will send you a replacement product free of charge.


Important Notes

  • Washed Items: Washed T-shirts may vary in color due to the pickling process. The actual color may differ slightly from the image. Please order cautiously.

  • After Shipment: We will not accept order cancellation requests once the order has been shipped.

Return Address

Please contact our Customer Service at support@mykesthoughts.com to receive the return address within 1-2 business days.

Important: Do not send returns to the address on your package as it is not the correct return address. Sending items to the wrong address will affect the processing of your return.
